A Vital Records Source Book for KA'U Compiled by Loving Volunteers in 1988

Dedicated to: The Kapuna's in this book!
It was their promptings and Aloha that urged us to gather all of this for you, the children of
Ka'u. They want so much to be remembered, loved and cherished as all your Ancestors were
in years long ago.
Your Ohana is nothing without them. Here in this book is all Vital Records possible that are
public for Ka'u. It has all been placed in one Source Book thus enabling you to Pulama Na
Kapuna.
We pray you will listen to their promptings and use this book to help you and your Ohana in
finding your Kapunas. Once you find them then you will always Love them.
They have blessed our lives with great Aloha. My heart will always flow with abounding love
for these people. I can honestly say there is a very GREAT NEED for all the descendants of
this book to come together and once again be The Great Ohana. No contention, bickering, or
fault finding but endless Love, Aloha, Manawale'a, Kalana and Ha'aha'a.
